I purchased the MCS mock exams from Astranti and I couldn't answer question 2 relating to the Bribery Act. Is this a typical CIMA related question that could come up? I can't recall ever studying the Bribery Act. The question has thrown me off guard and I am worried that these types of questions may come up that I will have no clue how to answer which in turn will make me panic and fail the exam!!
I've been going through the MCS study texts provided over and over again so questions relating to the subjects in here I should hopefully be able to manage. Just wondering if I need to go back and dig out the CIMA text books and start reading through all 800 pages of each of the 3 books again... sigh...
