Hi guys,
A few followup questions after Masterclass 1 and Text 1.
1,2) How exactly are we supposed to reference industry examples and ethical topics in the exam. For industry I kind off understand, we add it if it makes sense to the question to strenghten oiur point. But how do we do it for ethics, do we just "RANDOMLY" mention that this is an ethical question?
3) Formatting: Is there somewhere a clear guide to how we are supposed to format answers (Report, Memo, Email)? In particular, do we have to include TO/FROM/DATE/SUBJECT for Report or Memo? It would be great if you could give a short summary on best practices as it wasn't 100% clear in the video / text.

I hope you enjoyed the class,
With regard to your questions:
1) Yes you are right, you would bring in a real life example by comparing to a similar situation in the case.
2) Ethics is one of the underpinned themes throughout any CIMA question/answer, you do not expressly need to write lots on it just illustrate that you have considered it. This could be a paragraph or so at the end of an answer debating the ethical implications of what you have just recommended.
3) The correct formatting is (To/From, date, subject). However, CIMA now provide this for you.
