Under the new PER system your line manager is required to sign off your evidence. There is a simple tick box for the sign off but there are also text boxes. Are they expected to complete the text boxes as well as they aren’t mentioned in the supporting instructions. I have got one line manager for the whole PER submission so it will mean a lot of work depending on how much they are expected to write (7000 character allowance) in each box.
