Does anyone have any tips regarding sitting the case study exam at home? I had errors with the Pearson software when I tried to sit the exam in November and am really concerned the same thing will happen again in Feb. The errors occurred after sending photos of my background and ID. Also, did you take those pictures using an iPhone or used your laptop? ( I am not sure if that makes a difference?)
