Hi there,
I am currently studying for the P2 OT and I am really struggling to make sense of the below statement regarding to Quality:
There should be recognition of the all-pervasive nature of the customer-supplier relationship, including internal customers; passing sub-standard material to another division is not satisfactory
If anyone can make sense of this I would extremely appreciate your comments on this one - to be honest I am not 100% sure of the meaning of 'all-pervasive' and I am struggling to find an appropriate definition on the internet that helps me understand the above statement.
Any comments would be hugely appreciated and would put my mind at rest!
