Has anyone else had problems getting replies from Kaplan? I'm starting to get really frustrated, I came in on the gateway and thought it might just be because I asked so many questions but starting my first pillar exam now and it feels like I can barely get through at all. Takes days to get a reply to basic questions and often the replies just feel like templates and don't even answer what I wanted to know so I have to contact them AGAIN. I even tried to call, the first time I waited for almost five minutes and didn't get connected, the second time I was halfway asking through my questions and they hung up.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? Has anyone had better luck elsewhere or is this standard?
