Today I had received my results and having failed ocs case study exam am very upset and don't understand how this has happened as all went well when writing has, anyone else received result they do not understand and how to challenge?

No way to challenge them sadly, markers says and marker gets. Best you can do is pick yourself up and keep trying, we'll all get there in the end! You just need to start by working out what went wrong and then try to put it right, there's always something you know you can have done better and once you know that you've got the start of a plan to put it right!
