I'm currently waiting for my MCS results, and I've decided to make a start on F3.
I thought F2 was quite large but F3 seems really massive. Can anyone who's taken it offer some advice about the best way to tackle it and things to watch out for?

Break it into chunks. There's not really any other way to manage it, the F exams just get worse and worse and for me at least F3 felt like it had more than E and P put together.
I'd also recommend just leaving it until last. I sat the SCS this Feb, pretty sure I failed but it was VERY heavy on the F3 theory, not what I was expecting at all. You might want to do P first and just get it out of the way, it's a pain of an exam but it's not hugely relevant to the case study based on my experience.

Oh, that's a shame, I've already bought the F3 study text. Will have to ask if it's possible to swap for P. Thank you for the advice though, will try to use chunks when learning.

I felt the same way - did F3 last year and it was really tough, there was just loads to it. Make loads of notes, don't be afraid to take a break between sections for a few days, and get comfy with calculations!
