I will start preparing for cima operational case study soon so i am researching about good case study online tution providers. I know about Kaplan , BPP , Astranti, Cimastudy, StudyCimaUK , Viva financial. Has anyone used these tution providers for case study preparation ? What was your experience with them ?

I signed up with Astranti for the case study last May and it's easily the worst money I've ever spent. I spent hours day after day for weeks going over their material and I felt pretty confident on the day. Then, well, I've never been less prepared for anything in my life. It's entirely different from what they suggest it will be.
I would have honestly preferred to flush my money down the toilet. Avoid.

I wonder if Astranti provide any stats on their pass rate. I thought their course looked pretty good so that’s a shame it wasn’t

Let's face it. Not everyone will have the same kind of experience. This is true of any tuition provider. You will never get 100% satisfaction. I still maintain that hundreds, if not thousands, of satisfied students can't be wrong. As a tutor, I do realise that each student's needs will be different from the next. Some require one on one, some are okay with classes, and others do self-study. It's just the way it is. There are other factors that go into the decision of choosing which provider, what resources, how much effort, etc. and I totally respect that. I personally advise students to take up whatever resources they can to help them succeed. No one will be as invested in your studies as you. |
