Hello! So the case study exams have been done.. How did you find your variant?

Hi
I struggled to come to terms with my variant, it contained the issues relating to the use of anti-biotics in the dairy industry, it was as if someone at CIMA had looked at what I was fairly confident with and created an exam that did not contain any of those elements.
However I answered the questions to the best of my ability and fingers crossed for a pass (but not too realistic).

What topics were covered in your questions? My variant was based around the acquisition of a cheese company started by the wife of one of the shed managers.. Topics that came up were:
- Valuation methods
- How to generate strategic options
- Ethics
- Exit strategies
- How to forecast demand for cheese
- Potential dysfunctional behaviour from staff and how to deal with it
Struggling to remember what else came up now!
All in all, it was okay, could have been better but could have been much worse.. Fingers crossed!
